Markwins International has named Leslie H. Hernandez as its new Chief Financial Officer – a newly created role. She will report directly to company Chairman and CEO, Mr. Eric Chen, while advising the Board of Directors.

Hernandez was promoted from her previous position as Markwins International Senior Vice President of Finance, a position that she held for the past three years. Prior she served for
eight years in a similar role for Physicians Formula.

During her time at Physicians Formula, Ms. Hernandez also spent a year as Corporate Secretary on the Board of Directors, a role which resolved when the company was acquired by Markwins International in December of 2012.
